That may be for the best, I’m not sure if Barry was suppose to have powers in episode 8 or 9 but I hope they do away with having flash in episode 2.20 on Arrow. I think they should keep Arrow more realistic (exclude super powers) and do the superpower stuff on The Flash tv show

JUSTICE LEAGUE already has many Super Powered beings like for example Superman
And i really liked when Green Arrow starred in SMALLVILLE
I don’t know when they are gonna name him Green Arrow in the show but hope its soon and i’m excited to see some really good team work from Arrow and The Flash

nice to hear they are going with a normal pilot for the flash. Sucks we will have to wait longer to see barry speeding away on our screens. But cant wait to see how flash show turns out. And hopefully they will still have grant/barry show up for another appearance in season 2. since the original plan’s have changed now.

I think it is a bit sad not to have Barry Allen/The Flash in episode 20 in Arrow after all the hints of the particle accelerator and episodes 8 and 9… It is good that The Flash has its own pilot, so his origin story can be explored further or have a bigger budget, but after all the hints in Arrow, having introduced other DC characters it is a bit strange not to have a crossover episode. I suppose the No-Powers rule means it’s going to be difficult to introduce a super-powered character on Arrow… I hope Barry Allen/The Flash is mentioned or appears in some form in episode 20. If Barry Allen exists in episode 8 and 9, I thought… shouldn’t he be at least be mentioned in Arrow as The Flash in some way? Ah well…

I can’t wait to see which villain that the writer used in the pilot episode. I hope that it will be Professor Zoom. I can’t wait to see how close the series will be to comic book history.
