Flash Season 5 Poster Reveals Barry’s New Suit

New poster art for The Flash Season 5 reveals Barry Allen’s new costume for the fifth season.

Published

In recent days, an unofficial photo of Grant Gustin‘s new costume for The Flash Season 5 had leaked online, and as fans often do when they don’t see something official… they weren’t kind, with responses so harsh that Grant himself had to post something.

With that said, The CW and Grant have now released an official first look at the new costume in a poster to promote The Flash Season 5… Grant also released a selfie he took in the new suit. The two things you’ll notice the most in this is that there is no longer a chin piece on the mask, giving more of a comics-inspired visual, and it looks like the leather is a thing of the past. Do you like it? Dislike it? Leave some comments below.

The Flash Season 5 premieres October 9 on The CW.

Matching wits with The Thinker, who by season’s end had harnessed the powers of all twelve bus metas he created, stretched Team Flash to their limits, but with the help of some new allies, Barry Allen (aka The Flash) and company were able to put a stop to the Enlightenment and save Central City once again. However, with the arrival of Barry and Iris’ speedster daughter, Nora, who arrived from the future admitting to having made a “big mistake,” things are anything but status quo. Will parenthood be the challenge that finally slows The Flash down?

The Flash stars Grant Gustin, Candice Patton, Danielle Panabaker, Danielle Nicolet, Carlos Valdes, Jesse L. Martin, Hartley Sawyer, Tom Cavanagh, and Jessica Parker Kennedy.
